edit: To explain, this sort of heartbreak is very rare to witness from him. I’m picturing this during the time he decided to go after Pyr and kill him for what he did. Pyr is like family to him, Raine loved him dearly, so this is a true heartbreak.

Yes!! In our game all of the elementals exist in one world, and in Raine’s world they all have magical hair effected more by their mood. Normally his hair looks like it’s always in motion and when he’s particularly excited he would look like he’s under water.
