--When it comes to replacing them in your game and keeping their peeping sim function, you can find Tom's original household, place them there, and simply delete the original peeping Tom. This has worked for me, but if it doesn't work for you, you cand also use MC Command Center, find the sims, click on them > MC Command Center > MC CAS > Set Appearance by Template > Copy/Paste... > Paste Tray Sim > Only My Sims > from the Tray Household List choose Tina/Tom > Select all the Paste Appearance/Clothing/Name/etc!
