FINALLY! A Response From Patreon Support!

Earlier today, I received word from Patreon Support, acknowledging and apologizing for the issues regarding my account. In turn, they managed to push the pending withdrawal and sent my money into my bank account finally!

Now, they stated the main reason regarding the frozen payout was from a pending charge from a subscriber. The individual paid and was granted access to the highest tier available, but the transaction was declined on the subscriber's end, resulting in the system re=attempting to process the payment over and over again. At the same time this was happening, I had attempted a withdrawal, resulting in the system freezing up until the transaction was approved. So to resolve the issue, they had to manually decline the transaction on the backend to allow the withdrawal to finally process and be sent to my Paypal account!

They also advised I re-upload my tax info and sign my W-9 once again for 2025 tax purposes, to which I did just that.

Now what does this mean about the future of Patreon content?

I will keep the page up and post paid content once again. Those who have cancelled their subscriptions may once again re-subscribe if you'd like! I totally understand if you're not comfortable in doing so. So if you're one to hold off for now, I am still in the process of making my official Ko-Fi page tonight and publishing it sometime tomorrow! So stay tuned for that update!

Next, I want to say thank you for your kind words and gestures! Many of you have reached out refusing the refund after I offered it up, even going so far to try and send extra money directly to my Paypal. Thankfully, this wasn't necessary as everything from my Payout was sent to me in full!

Now I do want to address cancellations in order to prevent another situation like this.

IF you subscribe to any tier, or even upgrade from the Fluffy Supporter to the Empress of Fluff, PLEASE MAKE SURE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED BEFORE YOU CANCEL! Give it at LEAST 48 hours before you cancel your recurring monthly subscription. That way, when I DO a payout, the money will actually be sitting in my Creator Balance and allow me to withdraw funds, without having to wait over a week for the funds to process. I have been seeing a large number of new subscribers lately join the Fluffy Supporter tier, only to immediately upgrade and/or cancel within a few minutes of subscribing. And in some rare cases, such as this recent situation, the subscriber in question managed to receive the Empress of Fluff benefits, but was NOT CHARGED for it. So if I see that your payment was charged, or you attempted a chargeback, you will be blacklisted from ever joining my Patreon ever again. Taking advantage of me in this way is scummy and despicable behavior. I work extremely hard to give you guys what you are here for! And with that said, expect some FRESH, NEW EXCLUSIVES to drop throughout the rest of the week!
