Finally got this done and extremely happy with how this turned out. At first, I had fallen away from my usual style of drawing and hit a roadblock with how I envisioned this to come out. In the end, after A LOT of rough sketches and practice doodles on paper, I finally managed to get it to where I wanted it.
Update
Commissioner wanted to have a few things adjusted. Ears and the horn wrapping was missing and I had to go back and redo the head a bit.
