Lihua is the stacked blue haired concubine who lost her son to the poison make-up. 2. Lishu is the dead emperor's concubine who came back to be the current emperor's concubine, but only because the emperor promised her dead mother, his childhood friend he would take care of her. 3. Jinshi is the son of the Emperor and Ah Duo, who was swapped with the son of the old emperor and dowager empress - the other kid died from honey. Everyone watching the show knows this, I think. 4. Jinshi/the (former) crown prince is publicly the son of the dowager empress and the old emperor. 5. Because the dowager empress was a grown woman in her 30s, and the old emperor's inclinations, people gossiped that the father must not be the emperor - this is what Jinshi believed before the old lady from the clinic tells him he looks like the old emperor. 7. When Jinshi was young, he believed the emperor was his dad. 8. Ah Duo knows (and I think the emperor knows now too?) so she was very good to Jinshi and has a good relationship with him, albeit not the one she would want. This is why Jinshi was sad she left. I also thought he knew their relationship at that point of the show, but he still doesn't know.

We know jinshi used to think the emperor was his dad until he was told the emperor was his brother, so it won't surprise me of he has all the info he needs to know it's his dad but simply refuses because they told him otherwise

From bottomish at the start to now serving in the royal guard being given direct orders from the Emperor's brother and leader of the royal army. Gonna be getting his girl sooner than he thought with his promotion speed. He has Maomao to thank for that mainly as he keeps getting involved in her shenanigans. Also I don't see Maomao as not recognising Jinshi as the crown prince as more a play on her words in previous episodes. Jinshi will always be Jinshi to her.

It's pronounced AH-DOO-OH. ✨So yeah, the question is does Jinshi/Moon Prince/Ka Zuigetsu know who his actual parents are? I think he does simply for the fact that---- (btw I'm not spoiling, I actually don't know, I'm just deducing an answer based on the anime) 1. He was extremely sad when Ah-Duo left the rear palace. 2. Ah-Duo was the current emperor's only concubine when both babies were born. Even Maomao knew this fact. 3. The way he acts around the current emperor and how the current emperor acts around him seems more like father & son. ✨Also, they translated Maomao's line wrong, wtf? at 21:33 She says "Jinshi-sama, fuketerun desu ne?" which means, "Jinshi-sama, you look older."....the complete and total opposite of what they put in the subtitles.
