Someone was asking how I lost the weight so I made a video about it. (Again haha)

Not gonna lie I mention it quite often but I understand that everyone sees it

So if you think I’m being repetitive

Just know that I’m still getting comments from people who are just realizing that I lost the weight. Haha.

That’s why I repeat myself and post the same information from time to time

I tried to be as concise as possible this time as normally I end up going on tangents.

So next time someone is curious I can reference the same video

Some people will ask but not watch the video and wont watch the video and prefer i answer in written format.

Thank you for the amazing update Lee. Congrats on your progress and maintenance! I’ve lost almost 60 lbs as well, but I’m stagnant cause I still need to lose a bit more weight and my weight has not changed in a month. I’m very consistent and do CrossFit and weightlifting 3 times a week each, but there must be something I’m doing wrong with my eating… These are great tips that I will implement.

Thank you for addressing this I wanted to say that with your platform its kinda selfish of you to not be aware of the influence you have don't you realize how shitty we feel after seeing you with your unrealistic ideal male body image and then us having to look down at our 1 packs (also known as a kegger) ... 😀 just F'ing with you Lee you look amazing man happy for your transformation in fact I probably need to work on having a healthier diet myself I've always hated situps though

Bro, you look great. My fat ass enjoys my meals way too much to go through it, but I do understand having a regular "standard" meal that you just have day in day out. I will tell you, if you ever want a recipe for a cheat day for chicken thighs specifically I got one that will blow your mind, but you will have to work out twice as hard next week to make up for it!

Its not something that happens overnight. You think youd be miserable. i just had to rid my carb addiction. There is likely a protein source that you love eating. You probably get tired of it because of the variety in your diet. Once you remove the unhealthy options your taste adjust to the tastiest thing you get to eat in the day. I didn’t start off this discipline and I cheated very often in the beginning. Now I have little desire to cheat and when I do I go for Korean food since it’s still such a new experience for me or I go for ribs or steak

I’ve been trying to cut from 170 to about 140-145 doing the same thing as you (MMA instead of boxing tho) but I found that my biggest issue last year was consistency. I maintained a lot of my weight despite gaining muscle and wasn’t burning as much per week as I am now. Diet properly, exercise consistently, and trust the process, that’s it

Yup, losing weight is a simple process, not easy, but simple. You just have to be disciplined, take it slow, and find the combination of food and exercise that works for you.
