Thank you for the positive reception to the latest Crownie Comic! We're nearing the home stretch of The Hump, I'm very excited to have these last few comics finished and ready to share with yall!

Some minor housekeeping out of the way: as I've discussed in my most recent "future plans" post, I've slightly tweaked the current rewards just to make it more transparent about what they're offering right this second considering the conditions that I'm under. You are still receiving all the privileges and status you are meant to, it will otherwise be identical to how this current situation is going right now.

I deeply thank you all once again for your patience and understanding during this trying time; once we get past The Hump, I am looking forward to jumpstarting these projects with gusto as soon as possible -- my estimates are that it will just take one more month (the end of September) to beat The Hump, and we'll be so fn back with votes and polls and audience participation and all that fun stuff again!

As I've also discussed within that post, I also did announce that I would be taking a break from large TGTF comics (except FRIENDS ON ANOTHER SIDE; that one I plan on resuming ASAP!) and instead tentatively focusing more on personal projects that I really wanted to get to, namely more original character work. I shared a lot of various projects in that post that I'm really excited in getting to -- some with TG, some not but I think yall would find very interesting! (Again, this is a TEMPORARY shift -- once I get them enough out of my system, I hope to return to the basis of monthly TG projects and commissions again!)

I ran a poll for paying patrons to survey what the more developed consensus was on how okay you would be for this shift in content, and I thank everyone who participated to give their honest feedback! More than half of patrons (63%) were understanding and eager to see what I come up with, which is awesome! :D However, I've also noticed there is a not-insignificant number of folks (30%) who voted in specific the "I support this shift, though I prefer regular TG comics" option. (the remaining percentages were a spread of support and ambivalence, though no outright rejection, so that's nice heheh 😅)

Thank you very much for the honest feedback! I do want to address this because I don't want yall to feel left out: to be clear, I'm not completely abandoning TGTF during this time period, and I want to find ways to get some TG content out in between all my personal indulgences for this semi-sabbatical I'm proposing. I haven't officially decided right now how I'm going to do that, but I have a lot of really strong ideas I don't want to give false hope on but I am considering heavily -- more updates on those rewards will be given soon!

In general, in addition to getting out these last few commissions on time, I will look to have a much more fleshed-out game plan for what will come out once we get past The Hump! Your generosity and continued support is well-recognized and I'm so excited to finally be able to get things back on track and ensure that you are properly rewarded and reimbursed through all this tumult and inconvenience from the last month! I want yall to be happy and proud to be following me, and I am excited to get to it and provide you with great art (and other things I think would be fun lol)! Let's gooooooooo
