So I bought RPG Maker while it was on sale

Last time I touched RPG Maker was at least 5 years or so ago and I've basically forgotten everything I learned back then aha -- I remember working on a big project that I thought was pretty cool and almost finished but then the entire project file got corrupted and I wasn't able to save it, and it was like "welp that's it I guess". maybe do some smaller project in the future? idk lol
what i'm wondering is if it supports non-pixel art sprites! Would love to draw all my assets for this but idk how much I can stretch the engine to support my stuff haha

2024-02-29 18:49:07 +0000 UTCThe good thing about MV is that it's runtime is all JavaScript so it's suuuper easy to extend with plugins, you can override or extend any base function and add your own functionality very quickly by overriding something's prototype, there isn't very good documentation though so you mostly just have to dig through the base code to figure it out >.<
