How lucky am I to be surrounded by such amazing people?

My amazing woman friend from London managed to make me so incredibly happy, sending something all the way across Europe, that I can't even put it into words!!!
I'm so overwhelmed with emotions that I'm probably going to need an ther V with opioids to calm down 😅😂🙈
And today in the morning, I don’t know what kind of magic is happening, but just now Mark came by and brought me a box with a gift from an incredible, magical girl whom I’ve never even met or spoken to in person. Yet, this person just sent me a gift to the hospital, and I’m absolutely in shock—I have no words.
How lucky am I to be surrounded by such amazing people? Thanks to people like you, I start to believe that humanity still has a chance. I’m just sitting here crying 😭😭😭😭
