Texas Patreon Build

Texas is already a solid character she should be able to handle any match-up fairly and is only missing her supers and some polishing/cosmetic animations. So please try her out and let me know what you think. I'm not gonna spoil by telling her moveset, since I like the joy of discovery with that sort of thing. But you can always ask in the comments if you need it.
I've already made the Select.def have all other guest characters too. So you could just drag them into the chars folder. Those Guest characters are:
Ra
Noah
Montana
