Problem with Sarjiri

The image above is to show a issue that Sarjiri has when conveying information to the player.  The drawings are older since she's been in development a while but I don't mind that.  It's that the poses are pretty similar and that makes reacting to them harder.  Especially since they want a different reaction.  One being a sign that you should jump and the other being a sign that you should duck.  This kills the point since the tell is ambiguous.  

I'm bringing this up now since I think I'm finally ready to change it.  Sarjiri's sprites take too long to produce since she's too big...in sprite form and I should of drew her at least half the size she is or less and just use the game to scale her up.  I'll try to get a concept of her new fireball/blast animation out today.

If her sprites take so long, maybe you could recycle those existing sprites for something else, just so that no work is wasted

Oh okay. That makes sense.

The sprites have clean hard edges so we would never get the bluriness that Jumbo 1.0 had. Plus a lot of sprites are scaled up and down and due to the clean edges they don't look any worse.

Wouldn't using th game to size her up make her sprites blurry?
