I'm not stopping work on Sarjiri, but she's a pain to draw. While getting Andy start is a relief for me. His armor is also a pain to figure out, but it's exciting since I want to figure out how to do his armor well.
The plan is Andy will be a defensive character and should just have efficient strikes but nothing really flashy. I want him to have a 5 moves:
Missile Launch: Charge←, → + punch
A simple Sonic boom like projectile. Andy will have fantastic recovery on it.
EX: May be a homing missile.
Turret Launch: Charge ↓, ↑+Punch
An Anti-air projectile that does better damage than missile and knocks back.
Charging Shield: Charge ←, → + Kick
A horizontal lunging attack. Will negate ALL projectiles
EX: Will have Super armor
Explosion Ball: Charge ↓, ↑+Kick
A Vertical anti air purpose attack. Instead of invulnerability to Air attacks he'll just have super armor on this attach.
