Added 2021-08-14 02:16:32 +0000 UTCWoooo!! The project finally has a title! Now I can actually call it something besides "OC Mugen". I'm gonna list the updates that I remember below. I didn't make an Ikemen build this time but You can port over the characters to Ikemen if you want to. If you do so remember the skunks have a different def file to use in select.def.
On to the changes:
General:
• Frame data has been fixed for all. Mainly the normals feel more standardized.
Akai:
• A lot of assets have been added since last time. I think, I don't remember. But he does have his level 3 and all follow ups for sitting.
Pastilla:
• Overall buffed, I've changed her gas colors from red to green. Skunk Canon feels like a Canon now.
