1.10.0.6 and 1.10.0.7 Patches released

Run VaM_Updater.exe where you installed VaM. This issue was fixed in one of the patches. The latest patch in 1.10.0.12.

Found out that the programs seems to freeze at "browse" when loading a second image. I have a scene with images of trees, ten or so. When replacing one image after scene load the browsing works fine. But replacing it again or another image OR a save that matter the program freezes when one should be able to browse the directiories. These are imagepanelemissives.

The updater is really bad. When it can't download a file it skips it, instead of retrying. When it gets to the cleaning step it hangs because it can't find a file that it didn't download. It downloads files even though they already exist (and are new, since it downloaded them in a previous run) instead of skipping. It's like the skip/retry logic was just implemented at random.

Same story for me. I'm busy downloading the full thing from WeTransfer like I used to and will just transfer my Saves folder over after unzipping. Seems like a patcher issue

I'm still stuck on 1.9.x and I can't see how to update to 1.10 even using the VaM_Updater. I've tried Force Repair (that wipes the key VTW) and it still only updates to 1.9

I personally use <a href="https://gitgud.io" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://gitgud.io</a> (git), so that I can backup my stuff AND keep a history (if I screw up a scene, etc.) - if you're comfortable with git, it's a very simple way to stay safe. I have a .gitignore that ignores all folders that are not mine :)

Ya i had issues with the installer as well. tried patching 1.9 fist, it made it to 1.10 and started "cleaning" that was a bunk try and did that a few times all fails. Then tried a fresh full install, bingo that worked...until patch 1.10.07 or 08 came out so went to patch via the installer it failed and deleted everything, luckily all is still in old version in a different file and can re transfer but still a pain in the butt. Other than that another fantastic release Thank you Mesh for your excellent work.

Sorry for your loss! :( never totally trust anything. Smart to backup that scene folder every once in awhile with all the updates going on.

oh fuck my own stuff has gone too. Jesus Christ, the ONE time I trust an installer rather than do it myself.

Aww mate, its literally just done the same to me this second :-( It took me months setting up that folder. ffs.

No idea how that happened. In fact I copied over version 1.9 into a new folder and updated to 1.10 from that just to be safe and no issues.. it did not over write the scene folder.

I ran the installer to upgrade and pointed to the existing folder where the program is, all my custom scenes were deleted! ugh! Please code the installer to NOT over write the scene folder!!

The Alpha Adjustments on clothing is now broken, and Hair for that matter. Its messed up one of my scenes. Also on this, I wonder if it could be possible to see the penis after the alpha adjust is completely off. Before this patch the penis was missing completely. Had to create a new scene with pants off to have it work correctly.

I downloaded the Installer and ran it. Not much seemed to happen, but it said it was successful. I then tried running the Updater and got an error message. I couldn't do a direct download like Rupert due to my system not being set up for large files, so I re-ran the Installer. Then the Updater started working! I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence, but before anyone resorts to a complete download, try running the Installer file again. It took about 15 minutes for all the updates and patches to install, but I now have 1.10.0.7 working and it has accepted the Creator Key I entered.

Updater failed for me from .9 - .10 but worked again after doing a complete download of .10 and then doing the incrementals

Will you later patch it to have more cpu core support for smooth body physics? upgraded my cpu recently and fps is still not stable with soft body cause it's not using more than 50-60% of my 8700k. Also, did you fix the resizing of the character clipping through the floor into nothingness?

Problems with updater could be caused by virus scanner as well.

You need 1.10 keys posted in a other posts to work with 1.10 versions.

It means you are probably not using right version of VaM. Key only works on 1.10

I'm hating the new patch system. Still lots of kinks to work out! Fails every time on update. Clean install gets stuck on "cleaning". I have a slowish internet connection so it's taking hours to try/fail every time I run the damn patcher.
