Question: Has the issue with models resizing from small to big been fixed by not clipping through the bed/floor? And performance question: Will it support multicore cpu's in the future? The soft body physics is cpu based, yet only uses half of my new 8700k.

Place zip contents into folder where existing VaM.exe is located, then run update exe

Make sure to place contents of zip in your existing 1.9 install area before running the update exe or you will get the 404 message.

Should be mentioned that the updater requires .NET 3.5. Not a big hassle as Windows asks you if you wanna install it right away. Then rerun the updater. (Edit: Only applies if .NET 3.5 wasn't installed before, of course.)

Seems like a false positive. I've checked with several anti-virus and was clean. Windows Defender flags exe out of a zip file from unknown source which is why I put that in my post. I'm going to look into how to get officially registered as known source to prevent that. This patch exe is something I actually compiled myself from source code in Visual Studio, although I'm using someone elses source code with modifications for customization. I think false positive because patchers by nature have code to do binary editing which could be a red flag. Note that patcher does not need to run as administrator and only operates on local files.
