2025-10-09 22:15:52 +0000 UTCReal long winded message here on the way to win tennis hahaha I donβt play but I watch the us open every year so There are usually 3 sets (itβs always 3 sets for women but men go to 5 for championships) and it is best 2/3 or 3/5 depending on if they are going to 3 or 5 but Iβll explain in the 3 set scenario So since there are 3 sets you need to win 6 points FIRST before your opponent in 2 of the 3 sets to win the game and to get 6 points you need to score β60β love and so loves are the rounds so it goes 15 love then 30 then 45 then 60/the point so first to 60 is the point and if they are tied say both at 45 love then they need to win 2 rounds to get the set point so if we both are 45 45 and I win the round then I get the advantage and need to win another round the claim the point. So tennis can be really long in real games bc u need at the very minimum 4 rounds to get a point then 6 points to win so if u win every single return or serve thatβs at least 24 rounds for a single set
