2023-09-22 15:04:18 +0000 UTCSo that question about the medicine....yeah....this is gonna be a bit awkward but.....basically, idk why, but it's very common for them to bring up getting a fever or getting sick after having s*x, especially for the first time. Thus, the reference to medicine, it's probably a fever reducer. There was a whole thing about it in Make it Right as well, and I know I've seen it here and there in other BL dramas over the years.

When you really stop to think it over, the connections between Dean, Korn, Pharm and In are so intertwined and special. While I'm here, may I recommend an MV for you to watch? It's from the Until We Meet Again OST. There's no spoilers so you're safe to watch it. It's sang by the main cast, and the reason I think you would enjoy it is because it's really the only time we get to see Korn and In (everyone's in character) in the same space in time as Dean and Pharm (and everyone else).
