Hi everyone,

I want to take a moment to address a mistake I made and offer my sincerest apologies. Recently, I added a color palette made by @simandy to my hairstyles based on a request. I believed the palette was free to use, but I’ve since been made aware that the creator of the palette did not want it used in creations that are sold.

As soon as I learned this, I immediately removed the files from my Patreon and reached out to the original creator to personally apologize. This was an honest misunderstanding on my part, and I deeply regret not double-checking before incorporating the palette into my work.

I want to assure you all that I respect the hard work and rights of every creator, and I’ll be more diligent in the future to avoid something like this happening again. To anyone affected by this situation, including the palette’s creator and my supporters, I am truly sorry.

edit: happy to share that thanks to @simandy 's understanding and kindness the whole situation is now resolved. I was granted a permission to use the palette and I am incredibly grateful for, again, her understanding, kindness and patience.
