About receiving the merch

So since another payment cycle is over, I was sending out the merch and I've noticed that I've missed 4 whole patrons during the previous months!!! I didn't send them the stickers and now it was time to send them the cards. I'm sending them all the merch now but what I wanted to say is,
I am human and I sometimes make mistakes with the shipment! This is why I ENCOURAGE you to PM me if you never received your merch!!! I will gladly re-check and send everything out to you! Fight for your rights :)
