Sylvie Characters - the Digitals

Even though I only met her this year I was a fan of Sylvie and her art for a couple years and now that I can call her friend, mail her weird comics and get some of her amazing original prints back and have an ongoing creative collaboration is one of the best things for me personally to come out of 2020.
I published disposable camera versions of these images a few months back but realized the digitals haven't seen much of the light of day outside of the zine I made for $40 patrons! Enjoy!

All I gave Sylvie was "let's shoot characters" and she came up with 4 looks that we shot all around her apartment with what she had, so the stuffed tiger and plants and top with the holes cut out were all things she already had!

I've bought a few of these pictures, and what struck me about them was that it seemed to represent how men often see women: they are there to show their tits and bring a teacup. The pictures with the stuffed tiger seemed to be an ironic representation of Biff Tannen's wife. What were you talking about when you did it? How did the decision to shoot it like that happen?
