MAP DESCRIPTION
Citadel Prison is a small prison housed in a sturdy stone building, with thick iron bars on the windows and walls robust enough to keep anyone inside who has the unfortunate idea of ending up there.
The five cells, each of different sizes, are designed to hold various types of criminals.
A simple tavern brawl might earn you a night in the largest cell, but the smallest one is reserved for the worst offenders, those who require a higher degree of isolation and a hefty pair of irons on their wrists.
Scattered about, you’ll find the belongings of prisoners whose possessions haven’t been claimed, alongside crates and barrels containing supplies for the prison.
Weapons and any other dangerous items are kept locked in the Guard Room, where off‑duty soldiers pass the time playing cards.
All in all, it’s certainly wise to try and avoid an involuntary stay here.
NOTES
Citadel Prison: A battle map teeming with tactical and narrative possibilities, challenging you to use hiding spots and surprise enemies! A true boon for Rogues!
The Patrol: One or more soldiers are likely patrolling the corridor or posted at the main gate. Exploiting their movements and shift changes can turn the tide of battle in your favor.
The Keys: Cell keys rest on a crate in the Guard Room. A crucial detail if you plan on springing someone from their cell.
The Door: The mysterious room at the far end of the prison could hold anything, from a torture chamber to simple kitchens. Use it however suits your needs.
The Isolation Cell: The harshest cell in the prison, equipped with chains and devoid of any comfort, however minimal. There may be a particularly interesting (and dangerous) individual locked away inside.
Supplies: If you ever find yourself arrested, you might recover your own gear, or at least some emergency equipment, from the scattered crates during an escape attempt.
