Fabled among the tales of frontier adventurers, the Dragon’s Oasis is said to lie deep within the desert—far removed from caravan trails and settlements. According to lore, somewhere in this barren expanse, a dragon met its end long ago. Its colossal skeleton, sprawling across the landscape with the head and a wing resting upon the water, serves as a beacon for lost travelers. The very soil around the oasis, enriched by both the water and the fallen beast, nurtures a rare but valuable patch of vegetation.

This Desert Oasis is not only a vital respite for weary travelers—it is also a magnet for the denizens of the wasteland. Creatures and monsters alike are drawn back to these life-sustaining waters, so remain ever vigilant when you pause to rest.

We’re journeying back to the Desert with an essential new addition—the Desert Oasis—a feature we’ve so far only glimpsed in our Pyramid map series. The desert, with its enigmatic allure and evocative ambiance, beckons us to explore its secrets further. For this return, the Oasis served as the perfect launchpad; enhanced by the dramatic presence of the Dragon Skeleton, it injects a dose of epic grandeur into the landscape.
