Welcome back Fellow Darkish!
New week, new map!
Today we propose the Prisons, a location we hope you will find versatile and exploitable in many of your plays.
The undergrounds of a castle, the dungeons of a cult, the area that houses the sick experiments of a necromancer dedicated to human sacrifices or a particular hobby room for some rich person, are all possibilities that this piece offers you.
The story that follows the map, for example, sees the group of adventurers you have already met struggling with One-Eyed Man, the Jailer of the Cult of Helatrex, of which you find the Token and the bestiary page among the Rewards of all the tiers.
The map is linked to the previous and the entire Norogrod cycle.
What do you think of the Akktraiser Story so far? Are you curious to find out what other monstrosities our heroes will face?
See you soon, Fellow Darkish!

ONE-EYED MAN

If you want to import the token on apps like Roll20 just use the “Resize Item” option and assign 2 x 2, but feel free to set the size you prefer.

NOTES
- The first section of the map opens onto a mezzanine floor, whose stairs lead to a door and a small hall. The ideal place to place guards that the party may have to bypass or defeat, or from which to receive valuable information in case the group was lawfully in prison.
- The mezzanine floor allows you to see the door of the lower floor remaining covered by the wall and columns. This an excellent opportunity to observe the situation calmly or attack first.
- The Cages, in the second section of the map, make up the actual prison. The cells are small and uncomfortable, deprived of any comfort.
- The two torture rooms offer a lot of creative cues for your more sadistic opponents, or they will come in handy if you have to do a bit of scene to extort information from less enthusiastic collaborators.
- On the walls of the torture rooms you will find drains, used to shed blood and the remains of the victims. The strong stomachs might try to explore them and see if they can be a more disgusting but safe way to the next rooms.
- In the case of rescue adventures, the keys of the cells would probably be in the torture rooms, being the place where the prisoners are taken, wanting to leave players the opportunity to solve the mission in stealth mode.
