February Short Comic Poll!

First poll of the year. It's been a rough one so far, but these suggestions have been delightful!

This poll will be up between January 19 (10pm CET) to January 23 (10pm CET).

And the chosen suggestions are:

1. A Red-Hot Read - Our eggtagonist is a bookworm who devours books to escape her unfulfilling reality. When she goes to the library she wanders down the romance section, one that she’s never been to before and accidentally knocks down a book that looks weirdly out of place for a romance section. But the title, "666 Shades of Crimson," does sound interesting.

Our eggtagonist takes the grimoire-looking book and finds a quiet spot to read. As she reads she soon becomes immersed in the character’s journey. One might say she relates a little too much to the protagonist of the book? As the pages are flipped, she starts changing, skin turning red, hair growing longer as well as her new tail and horns. And furthermore, the library itself starts to change as concrete and steel gives way to masonry and stone.

Many pages later, she puts down the book and notices as she trots down on her hooves that the book has changed the world into something out of an urban fantasy story, with an emphasis on the fantasy. And obviously she can't miss her own changes into a curvaceous and confident demon woman! Or that it seems like everyone in this new world is also a demon now.

2. Ragtime Renewal - An up and coming musician in one of the Paralaesian National Coalition's many constituent nations is approached by agents of the Camarilla with an offer. They've seen how popular he's becoming with the working class he's played his heartfelt tunes to, and they think that with some "small changes" they can help him reach an even larger audience and get a pretty paycheck too.

Enticed by the offer, he accepts and so begins a new life where as long as he does a few changes here and there to his lyrics on occasion, it'll all be smooth sailing for him. But it's not just the lyrics that go through some changes. Changes to his image and appearance might feel out of character at first, but in Tyrodas, everyone has their price. Supplied with upper class benefits like pricey drinks and high-quality food, as well as pleasant company, it doesn't take long before songs about the working class's sufferings are forgotten in favor of patriotic anthems.

Over time, the roughened working class man has changed into a thick and curvy femboy who has embraced a lifestyle of hedonism and arrogant self-obsession. No longer a creative mind with integrity, the ditties are all written for him and the only musical tool he touches is a microphone which carries his delightful contralto to the people of the P.N.C. Although, he still enjoys performing live in upscale night clubs.

3. Growing Rivalry - Two young AMAB adventurers and longtime rivals, competing for a prize at a local guild, start turning to dubious means for power boosts. One, a fancy scion of a noble house, starts spending the family fortune to acquire Elven tonics and potions. The other, a rough and tumble ex-bandit, keeps swiping artifacts from a nearby TouriaE embassy.

Both are altered by these power boosts. The scion growing wilder like that of the elves, more in tune with nature than their stuffy legacy; the bandit starts gaining discipline, growing tidier, picking up a sense of honor akin to the Tourian Amazons. Both are growing larger and stronger (the big appeal for them), and also taking on distinctly female attributes - Which when asked about is dismissed as "not a big deal." A very cis thing to say.

By the end of the competition, both have changed in big ways - the former noble now a proud Elven barbarian, while the once dastardly bandit is now an honorable, buttoned-up Tourian amazon. Both are head and shoulders above the competition, and as the guild struggles to choose a winner between them, the rivals' banter takes a distinctly appreciative turn, their enmity taking a new turn after their respective transformations.

4. Goblicated Engineering - A young and talented Human engineer from one of the Human Kingdoms got an amazing job offer as a Royal Engineer Trainee for the Goblin royal family! Rapidly he packs his things and travels to the Goblands where he suddenly finds out that the previous Royal Engineer has elected to abruptly retire from his post and has no interest in training anyone right now.

Feeling royally screwed, the new Royal Engineer scrambles to figure out the ins and outs of Goblin engineering. Reading books only accessible within the city of Floret and engaging with the short green locals to get a better grasp of their culture and mindsets. And of course they enjoy the finest of Goblin cuisine, which has the obvious effects...

Before long, the new Royal Engineer is a hyperactive shortstacked Goblin genius whose new inventions and improvements on old inventions make her a certified V.I.G. in the Gob-Queen's court.

5. Peaking Earlier - A trans woman from the future travels back in time to when she was a touch-starved egg in college with a plan to push herself into transitioning early... By bullying her past!

Over the course of an entire semester, the time traveler shoves and nudges her past self, knowing that the physical contact is something she desperately craves. And she makes several sly comments about how pretty she is, but that they can't reach her levels of beauty. Only doing so because she knows it'll motivate her past self into starting hormone treatments and learning make-up skills and voice training early.

And her past self does make a lot of good progress! But it "butterfly effects" forward in time too, making her future self even hotter and more confident. Though that's not gonna demotivate her as she continues further into her journey of self-force femming.

Inevitably, her past self looks absolutely spectacularly gorgeous but when trying to confront her bully from the future, she's dismayed as she's still many times hotter than she is. But this time, her future self explains it all and takes the two of them to a mirror where she shows that in actuality, they're both equally beautiful now.
