November Mini-Comic #1 Poll

Time for November's first mini-comic poll! Thanks again for your patience, pals! Finally I am home and I can get back to business. As usual, big thanks for the great suggestions from the Tier 2 and 3 Babes! This poll will be up from October 21, 11pm CET, to October 25th, 10am CET.

And here are the suggestions!

1. The Princess and The Other Princess - After a long and arduous adventure, culminating in the rescue of a Half-Elven princess, the heroic human paladin is granted a boon from a heavenly voice, claiming to be his patron god. The voice tells him that he will be granted one wish for his good deed.

His only request is for the princess to love him, since she's been pretty disinterested so far. The wish is granted and the paladin's armor melts into a beautiful dress in the same style that the princess is wearing. And not only that, he too transforms into a gorgeous Half-Elf maiden.

Surprised, but not dismayed since she understands this will make her princess love her, she calls out for her attention, only to see that the princess has also transformed. Before her stands the princess now in the shape of a rogueish thief. The ex-princess explaining that if she's going to love anyone, it'll be on her own terms and that she's always wanted a princess of her own.

2. The Perfect Pitch - A shy young man, new to the city of Empire Bay, stumbles on a very fortunate opportunity when looking for a job. The only place willing to take him in is a popular night club in the Harbour District. But the proprietor of the club sees more than just a busboy in him and in the middle of his first night, she turns on a very special song. A song that the young man can't help but begin humming along with. As he's working and humming, the song's energy escalates and he feels compelled to join in with his voice, which cracks into a lovely alto. As they sing, their body changes to match the voice, they grow some gorgeous curves and atop their head, a crown of horns grow. Finally, she jumps onto the stage, grabs a microphone and sings in perfect pitch while swaying her tail to the beat.

3. Flailing Upwards - In the Seventh Realm, two young soldiers, after months of training as heavy infantry, are discharged from army after a looming war is averted thanks to Orcish diplomacy. Out of work, the more harebrained of the pair, Dale, comes up with the plan for he and his friends to make piles of gold as mercenary adventurers. All they need to do is buy some equipment, establish catchy reputations, and rake in the gold.  While his friend is skeptical, Dale goes all in, buying sets of very impressive looking heavy armor and weapons at a huge discount (simply because there was a small chance they had "residual magics with unpredictable outcomes"). He sets himself up with heavy armor, shield, and even a signature weapon. Soon all the realm would fear Dale the Flail!  

Only it's not long before those "residual magics" kick in, and the big, brawny soldier finds himself losing all that size and brawn mighty quickly. Also lost in the changes are things like Dale's humanity, manhood, the privilege of seeing his feet. Soon the big tough human has become a busty Goblin lass, one with a cushiony figure better suited for serving taverns than fighting battles in heavy armor.  

But even this isn't enough to crush Dale's entrepreneurial spirit. Some serious overhauls to her armor, a few hair growth potion and a tight braid, and a minor rebrand later, and she was back to selling her friend on a new mercenary venture, this time with her playing the role of "Vale the Flail".  Vale's friend (gender and species to be determined by the artist) is skeptical, even more so when they see their friend curl up their spiked armor into a ball, offer their long braided hair as a chain and handle to swing her around. But as ridiculous as it sounds, Vale's new body made perfect cushioning for high impacts, her small size perfect to be swung while still having a solid impact. Soon, all the realm would fear Vale the Flail!  

Of course, for any lingering doubts Vale would be happy to give their friend a little extra encouragement - outside of work, the goblin has taken to her new status and species with a nearly suspicious fervor, and the two old training camp buddies were long overdue to cut some tension...

4. Out of The Hoodie - A young miscreant in Empire Bay finds an antique cloak that belonged to a roguish ancestor. It looks surprisingly modern thanks to its high quality, but more importantly it's just about baggy enough to serve as the perfect dysphoria hoody (not that she realises that's what she wants). She spends every waking moment practically living in it (and suppressing the urge to think about what she looks like...for some reason).

After several months of graffiti tagging, recording law enforcement misdeeds and vending machine hacks (everyone does it!), our hero's getting a reputation. There's no end of speculation (amongst people who care about such things) about who's under this stylish cloak...and she's strangely happy when they get this "wrong" and speculate she's a girl.

As of the pin-up, she's just tripped up (literally) and been caught. The reveal that she's a girl is as much a surprise to her as everyone else (except a few friends who assumed she was transitioning, but didn't mention it). But, hey, she's so happy she doesn't even care about the incoming slap on the wrist.
