You need to find someone you feel comfortable with because I think a lot of people get into therapy and they don't really vibe with the therapist so they just sort of give up and dismiss therapy as useless. Therapy helped me through some of the most difficult challenges of my life. It's having a personal coach to bring literally any issue you're facing to work through.

So as every bad CSGO player would do i got a linux cheat software and installed a virtual machine with Linux. To my surprise the wall hack worked but for some reason I was spinning super fast and couldnt do shit. That prevented me from ruining people's games :)
