Working on another moth lamp! This is just a rough prototype. It’s the same design as last summer but I’m making it out of wood and layered paper instead of painting a glass cube.

As you may or may not know Fall is my all-time favorite season- so much so that I start preparing for it two seasons early!

Avocet Logo

Had the honor of drawing and designing an Avocet-based logo for a nonprofit in California.

There is a lot more work for this project I can't wait to reveal... I just received word that the version on the left is more or less approved with a few tweaks!!! More news to come, but I could not be happier with how this turned out.

Postal Birds II

Working on a new version of my postal birds animation! Just a slideshow for the moment. My favorites so far are the Canada Goose (looking forward to animating him!) and the pigeon. Otherwise I may swap or try out other species. Open to suggestions! :)

Albatross Bookends Timelapse

I sold bunch of Albatross bookends before I actually made them. In my hubris I thought I could cast and paint 7 orders over the weekend. It ended up taking 5+ days (still have to apply a final seal coat). Lesson learned but I am so happy to get these out to the extremely cool people who ordered them!!

It WORKS!!!

Cast in hydrostone cement and pretty hefty. I have to experiment with the cement mixture a bit more as there was some bubbling but all in all very happy with how it came out!
