An *Important* December Update

Thanks! The assets are available on the gallery in the $5 complete packs (assets and map variants), so the cheapest way to get all the assets will be with a $2 pledge. I may make similar packs with assets only? I don't have any solid plans though, and it will only be much later.

I appreciate that you are reviewing your business model as needed. Your maps are stunning, but I admit that I primarily subscribe for your assets. Will you be packaging just the assets for sale in your store?

I'm sorry that you feel that way, Alex. I assure you that I am only adding content and nothing is being removed; had you not read this update, you would not have detected the change. I hope that you will still enjoy the weekly day-time and night-time versions that you receive in return for your $1.

Very disappointing and unpleasant. You were unique among other artists because you were the most affordable for me. I could get an excellent map for the most affordable options for a $ 1 subscription. After that, I wanted to pay more and more. But now, you, like everyone else, have introduced 100500 map options. I don’t have that much money to pay $ 5 each month to get it all.In addition, if I need some kind of concrete card and its nightly version, I will simply remain a failure. Sorry if these lines sound very rude. I still appreciate you as an artist.

Are you going to continue substituting character/monster tokens for one of the maps? If so, will the $2 tier get some other bonus, or "dress-up" assets or something?

I do love your asset packs, $2 is very tempting. You make great art and great maps, but of course its hard to find a map that fits the situation needed perfectly, which is why I love the asset packs, and any way to increase the things I can use to build just the right location is music to my ears.

I don't much like the changes. One of the very great things about pledging here has been that you got access to all the releases. Now I'm suddenly expected to jump up to $5 (a 500% increase!) to keep a complete library? I hope this goes well for you; and everyone! But I am off the bus. Thank you for a great couple of years.

Hello~ I am $1 tier supporter. I wish I could afford to support more (so much of the new stuff has me intrigued!) but i don't think I'll be able to afford to do so every month. (That USD conversion does a big ow to my bank account.) General question for the future. Would it be possible to do see a patreon exclusive gumroad to buy any of the higher tier varients a couple of months after you release them to the higher tiers? I understand if no, no worries~ But if it is I hope I can support you there!

Thank you, Joe. I do want to retain the night-time variants of the variants as a Patreon-only exclusive, but you will be able to purchase the daytime variants from the gallery.

I've been a $2 supporter for long time and I use your maps and assets exclusively for the Roll20 groups DM for my friends. We all love your art style and it works exceptionally well for homebrew content. I'm happy to see you expanding your options to make the higher tiers more appealing and hope that means you've become successful enough making this beautiful art that you can spend time making even more of the variation maps everybody loves. Unfortunately, budgeting isn't my strong suit so I'm likely going to remain a faithful $2 supporter, but I'm pleased reading that variants will be available to purchase from the gallery. An extra buck or two for solo picks is more than a good deal for the quality of work you put out. Will that be all variants, or are you planning for some be exclusive to the higher tiers?

So I’m still confused... I just updated my pledge to the $5 tier. Is that $5 per month or $5 per map?

The PSDs are sent to your Patreon inbox (https://www.patreon.com/messages) at the time I release the base maps, and only for $5+ pledges at the time they are released. You should find a long feed of messages there from me if you have been a long-term $5+ Patron. If not, please send me a message and we'll figure it out!

Might be a little confused, realised I didn't need to pledge per map anymore (if that ever was a thing, years ago at this point) so I'm on a higher tier for a lesser price and probably should have done that a while ago. If I've read this correctly the .PSDs come by email, so is there a way to retroactively access this reward, or is it strictly going forward?
