How to use our Ocean Surface Assets (and others)
Added 2019-04-30 13:39:45 +0000 UTC
Here is an impromptu video explaining my method of creating maps from our 2-Minute assets. In this case, creating a disastrous shipwreck battle map in preparation for Ghosts of Saltmarsh.
I hope that it helps! As always, let me know what else you would like to see, especially in my "how to draw" series. I'm aiming to add a video every day to my YouTube channel - in fact, one's uploading right now - so I need plenty of ideas. ;)
Awesome thanks :-)

That's a good question. I would recommend blending the edges with one of our premade coastline maps:
- <a href="https://2minutetabletop.com/gallery/shipwreck/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://2minutetabletop.com/gallery/shipwreck/</a>
- <a href="https://2minutetabletop.com/gallery/rocky-coast/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://2minutetabletop.com/gallery/rocky-coast/</a>
Or you could blend the dirt texture with it:

Fantastic - so helpful. Any suggestions on how we might go about it if we wanted to add a larger islands coastline off the edge of a map?

I'd feel a bit superfluous if I did, since it's just a standard feature in most image editing sofwares; <a href="https://helpx.adobe.com/au/photoshop/using/grid-guides.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://helpx.adobe.com/au/photoshop/using/grid-guides.html</a>

It's in the Ocean Surface Assets, somewhere.

Which pack did the half-wrecked ship come from?

One thing I'm really interested in, it's how to add the grid to the maps. Can you do a video about this?
