Those of you looking to use your coupon find the current month's update post (here's January) https://www.patreon.com/posts/your-2-minute-45668615 and look at the bottom where there is a phrase to use as a coupon. Go through buying the map and there is a line on the check out page to enter the coupon. No credit card or anything required.

2021-01-30 03:11:25 +0000 UTCHi David. This is from before the Patreon goal of releasing maps under the CC license was reached. As such, it was only given out to Patrons who had pledges at the time. Your best option is to use your monthly coupon to claim it.
