A small update to version 1.0.2, with which the interactions are now blocked even if the PC is broken or the household is on the grid. Now it's more realistic. No more interactions that shouldn't be. Somehow I overlooked that earlier. You don't need to update it if that doesn't bother you.
Version 1.0.1 gets a very small fix as there was a small bug in the original version. Namely, the real estate option has also appeared for children and toddlers, although they cannot buy it at all. Now I hid it for her.

Mod Description

I know there is a powerful real estate mod with lots of gameplay from SimRealist. I'm not even trying to compete with that. My mod is for the players who don't need too much game play like the SimRealist mod, but still want some order in the menu.

I've created a very simple real estate mod that doesn't introduce any new gameplay, just cleans up the messy menu structure on mobile and PC. Instead of countless menus, there is now a new one-time interaction "Browse Real Estate Market". And only then there is a beautiful menu with all the options. I like it much better that way!

So this little mod can be seen as an addon to my Purchasing System Overhaul, but it can also be used independently. The mod does not overwrite anything. However, the original individual purchase interactions are suppressed so that they are no longer displayed.

Buying a strip club (if you have the Wicked Whims Mod by Turbodriver) is also involved. But this mod is not necessary.

The Scumbumbo XML Injector is required!

Translations

As always, the mod is available in English, German, Spanish and Russian (all in my own translation). I also added automated google translations in French and Portuguese. Feel free to correct the translations, just let me know if something can be improved. All other languages have English strings.
