New Messaging System!

Really excited to let you all know that we have upgraded our messaging system. Messages will now be answered faster! We have set up a ticketing system within Discord and this will allow us to manage and answer questions quickly. If you do not use Discord that is quite alright you can also now email us at support@cinderwing3d.com. This emailing system may take a little longer then Discord messages, but will still be much faster then our current system has been. If you do message us on Patreon or MMF there will be an automatic response system that will remind you to reach out to us through these two channels, and also send a helpful FAQ list that we have been working on.
I honestly can’t believe how fast this community is growing all the time, and I hope this new system helps everyone get their issues resolved quietly. Thank you all for your support and patience! I really could not have asked for a better community of people!
