Genie can be scary for sure! One thing to remember if it feels unstable is that it’s less about keeping the pole in your knees the way you would in a knee hold or leg hang, and more about pressing the pole into the back of your legs like in a martini sit!

2024-03-20 21:12:50 +0000 UTCI don’t tend to use genie often for pole archery because it’s a little unstable when you go hands-free, but yes, the top knee is essentially in a very similar position!
