I still like to imagine what could have happened in the show if it had been allowed to continue. I know the budget requirements make it impossible to see the full story, but I wish we could get a book of their writing notes or something to fill those gaps. What I really need is for them to make a graphic novel finishing the series up. I hadn't heard it was canceled when I first watched it, so it was like hitting a brick wall of terrible writing all of a sudden to me. I was like, "What happened to all the nuance and discussion? We're just jumping straight to the final step?" Then I looked it up and had the relief of knowing the writing didn't get bad; it was just Netflix cutting one of its best shows again.
