2025-08-12 01:24:41 +0000 UTCI would never call him good, I would call him complicated, because we seem to forget that in the end of the world, civility tends to go out of the window. When he killed those troops, there was another element to it - they were armed to the teeth, and they would have found Woodbury eventually, and tried to take it over possibly. So to him, that was the only way to ensure the safety of the community. Is it ruthless? Yes. Is Rick ruthless at times? Also yes. That's how it is in the zombie apocalypse. Trust people too much when you have something special and you will eventually get screwed and so will all the people you are responsible for, and he is responsible for a lot of people who are not able to take care of themselves. That's probably why they track down people who leave, as well. I would never claim that their methods are super civilized by our standards today, but it is hard to try to apply our current standards to these shows set in an apocalyptic scenario. Because you can't expect good intentions out of everyone else out there.

2025-08-06 16:55:20 +0000 UTCSame. I’m at a point where I am starting to forget what happens with certain characters. I think I watched well past this point but I don’t remember what happens with the Governor’s story, I just remember continuing to really dislike him, lol he’s so suspicious.
