He'll always be moving everywhere on everything however he has to in order to get what he wants. He does it at the table with Josh Aronson when he talks about Kendall being a good kid and that maybe he's the best of them all and maybe it'll be him someday. He doesn't mean a word of it. But he's willing to "move" for his own needs and desires. It's another way that he maintains power.
