Moira’s Ew after drinking that booze-less eggnog lol as much as she hated being a mother and being around children, her genetics and impact on their children is HUGE 🤣

Morgan Crafton (carrots)

Appreciate you. This show is amazing. yes my wife watches Kevin Can Fuck himself and she tells me how Amazing it is. It's on my list

Franklin

I love this show so much. I don’t know how many times I’ve rewatched it now 😂 Seeing them all grow as individuals and as a family is so heart warming! Been watching your reactions for a while, first time commenting. You’re my favourite reaction channel to watch, and you always pick such great shows! If you want to continue watching Annie Murphy (Alexis), she did a short TV show after this called Kevin Can F*** Himself which was really good. I don’t know the best way to explain it, but one minute it’s a classic American sitcom, the next it’s a gritty drama

shoutout to canada🍁

Franklin

Franklin

Exactly, its always messy

Franklin

I believe you. I'm open to it, but unfortunately those might never win a poll on this channel. But it wouldn't hurt to try throwing it on a poll

Franklin

Good. I love saying blouse Barrrn a lot🤘🏽❤️😂 Absolutely. Sometimes we just have to hear ourselves say it. Thanks for watching

Franklin

HAHA thanks. Many more to come

Franklin

"The Domino Effect of Dopeness Continues"??? Sir...your comments are pure golden joy.

Philly Therapist

I second this!

Just catching up. A brow trim for Johnny...no, no, NO! His brows are spectacular and say alot even when he doesn't speak a word! Frank, I love the way you say "barn" when you say "Blouse Barn"...makes me smile 😊 Yes, I cannot tell you how many times in helping a friend or family member I have also found the solution for my own issue, problem, situation. When you hear yourself speaking those words to another, a big revelation bell can sound off.  I teared up too many times rewatching these episodes, which is not a bad thing at all. Enjoyed all your reactions and commentary....wise words as always from you, Frank.

KimM

Yessss….second this…i think he would looooove Normal People

Alisa Day

Singles week is one of my favorite episodes of this show! So much has happened for our beloved characters 😭

Julia Timlin

please please consider the anime Mob Psycho or Fruits Basket. both of these are cast of characters in a slice of life format. the character growth is amazing and they are both only 3 seasons. It really gives you so much to think about, and touches your heart and spirit. there are things I have held close to me and rules I live by that came from these two wonderful shows.

kweenie

I think you would LOVE Normal People if you haven't already seen it. It's not a comedy though, it's more of a romantic drama. It's only 1 season with 10 episodes of about 30 mins each though so would be a quick watch. Maybe 2 at a time so it's not too rushed. It's just so beautifully written and directed and acted and I think you'd really appreciate the characters and their development. It's where Paul Mescal (All of Us Strangers) got his big break and he's amazing in it

Frank, I have similar mixed feelings on the “speak your truth” when it comes to feelings for another person when they are in a relationship. Because on the one hand, open communication and honesty is so so important, and I also believe if a relationship can be destroyed by someone outside of it simply sharing their feelings maybe it’s not on the strongest ground to start with. BUT then I always wonder what is the purpose for sharing something like that (you either get a romantic partner or you get your closure) but are those things worth creating pain for another person/couple? I’m not sure there is any way to create hard and fast rules about how to approach these things, which is so very human and so very frustrating!!

If you're up for more Taika Waititi (not so much acting, but writing/directing), What We Do in the Shadows is fun😁

Alva

AMEN!!

I'm a fairly new subscriber so I don't know how you feel about musicals, but the show I'd recommend is 'Crazy Ex Girlfriend'. It's a very underrated comedy show that I've only ever seen a handful of reactors tackle (much like Schitt's Creek) and it's filled with a lot of fun musical numbers that are used to show the characters thoughts and feelings. The title of the show might be a bit of a turn off at first glance, but the biggest strength of the show is how it tackles some serious mental health issues and our MC goes through a very satisfying character arc. It's such an interesting and funny series and I'm always taken aback with how very few people are aware it even exists and I'd love to hear your take on it!

Kristina

Also throwing Shrinking out there again! Absolutely outstanding show.

Rhiannon

This just popped in my head last night - Parenthood! There is an AMAZING movie from the 90s with a stacked cast - funny, charming, heartwarming. And also a TV show from the 2010s. It's not based on the movie exactly, but based on the general premise of the movie - basically just families and their dynamics. I remember really liking the show - six seasons. The movie and the show are both called Parenthood.

Recommendations: Arrested Development (84 episodes - 30 minutes) Veep (65 episodes - 30 minutes) The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (43 episodes - 45-60 minute) I'll also add in Barry, described as an "American black comedy crime drama" because it's fabulous and so unique. (32 episodes -- 30-35 minutes)

Melissa

Ep 12 was the actual finale and this show definitely knows how to do those) The 13th, Christmas episode, was more like a special one, bonus episode.. This season was great and all of our MCs made some great character growths without losing their personal "charms" and Alexis' arc was the most impressive.. ** Can you believe it's still going to get better as it goes? 😁 I'm so excited for you to start the next Season! ** as for recommendations, there are already a few great ones here.. I'm going to suggest something lighter "Lucifer " (or maybe not so light 😁 depends on how you take some things) but it's very fast-paced.. also maybe something unusual and visually very cool, like "American Gods" or "Preacher" (a little disturbing, but very entertaining 😉)

The best thing about SC is that it is endlessly rewatchable -- even just picking certain episodes that are your favs. I've watched it more times than I can count, and I never tire of it.

Melissa

The David/Ted talk about Alexis is one of my favorite scenes in the series. David not only supports his sister by sharing her growth, but he also gives Ted respect and space for his own hurt feelings from the past. Additionally, he is vulnerable by sharing his own pain from the past as a way to connect with Ted. I really love it. The Jocelyn/Moira scene about Alexis is also beautiful. ❤️ I would definitely prefer Singles Week to a dating app. I'd still be a nervous wreck, but meeting people face to face is so much better to gauge their character and see if there is a vibe. I also feel it's a little safer, perhaps.

Melissa

please replace it with The Studio, it's a new brilliant comedy series from Apple TV, it's short, just one season 10 eps for now! But it's so genius, like a ridiculous satire about a movie industry and hollywood, amazing score and one-shot episodes, insane comeos and cast with Catherine O'Hara killing it in every episode as always 😮‍💨

Catherine O'Hara's wig

I realize Bob is just a side character, but I have to say I don't really like what they did with him in the back half of the series by making his role only about his (awful?) wife Gwen. He used to have small roles in the actual story line, but now he's just relegated to the background, really adding nothing. Missed opportunity, I say.

Melissa

"Bodies" is EXCELLENT. I concur with this recommendation!

Melissa

Ooh, speaking of Anne with an E actors, I’ve just spotted another one! In the singles week episode when Alexis is talking to the singles in the cafe, a woman says ‘and a message board, we know’ and it’s Mary’s friend Constance who works in the laundry with her. Never noticed that before!

Laura Dawson

I will ALWAYS recommend Arrested Development. Favorite comedy series of all time.

Valaree

These last few episodes have been showing us the growth each of the family members without taking away their main characteristic personality that we saw on the pilot episode. I love it so much. Most shows that have a huge development arc would usually make the characters change so much that all their personality change just to fit the storyline. This show is wholesome and funny. hank you so much for your reaction. I’d like to recommend reacting to Arrested Development. It’s really funny and so many out of pocket jokes and I can already imagine you pausing and just laughing while still taking in their many ridiculous lines.

Babi~

It's official (in my mind anyway), Tahani and Moira Rose know each other and met at a Diddy White Party 💀

SeeJay

Yo, Frank. I think you’d love the 8-episode miniseries ‘Bodies'. It couldn't be more different from Schitt's Creek, but it would be amazing for you to react to. DON’T GOOGLE IT THOUGH. It spoils the crazy plot in the first sentence of the description, and the pilot episode does such a great job of revealing it. Just know it’s on Netflix and it's a British mystery/thriller/drama from 2023 with great writing, great acting, it has an 82% on Rotten Tomatoes, and one of the stars is Stephen Graham from Adolescence.

Ellen Noir

I love Alexis growth! Johnny’s Christmas story broke my heart for reasons I will keep to myself. This entire family and their journey from being cluelessly out of touch with their internal selves much less each others connection to be on the road to becoming healed. People still charmingly, retaining their elite leftover character flaws. There is great meaning in the show for every person willing to look within and to humbly acknowledge our shortcomings and without fanfare support and work within our families, communities for the betterment of all who seek transformation of society into a place where compassion and love triumphs! In the digital age, especially now with AI we must never forget our humanity and the only way I see it through these very old eyes is to continue to connect, Support an honor humanity above all else. I’m getting sappy now, so I will leave it at this. I believe in the goodness of those who do the hard work inside and out of loving yourself and others and saving grace for those who are in their process of becoming and maintaining their humanity 💞

Laura Thate

My nephew's mother ended up having to drive herself to the hospital to have him, my brother rode with her. My nephew was born in mid to late Dec so they were at a Christmas party and my brother drank too much.

Pam R

I have been waiting for you to get to this episode for the Mrs. Lynde cameo 😂 you’re watching two Canadian powerhouse shows right now, we love to see it

Ren McG

when someone's out of pocket, nothing hits like a Frank direct-to-camera stare
