2025-02-24 00:16:54 +0000 UTCWith Bedelia she's attracted to Hannibal and afraid of him. She's scaroused. The showrunner confirmed the characters were having sex in Italy. She left with him but planned on being caught. She enjoys his company and presumably has nothing else going on in her life but also doesn't want to die lol She said to Will at the end of Season 2 Hannibal will be caught by his own self congratulations at his taste. Then she went shopping and stared at cameras. Waiting to be caught. In the first episode there's a scene in the script where Bedelia privately talks to Antony Dimmond (the guy Hannibal killed and turned into a heart). She encourages him to go to the police about Hannibal. Antony instead goes to the lecture, showing he knows Hannibal is dangerous but is too intrigued to go to the police. That's why Bedelia is terrified and runs from the lecture and plans on escaping. Because she feels like Antony will mention to Hannibal she encouraged him to go to the police. That's also why after that episode, she goes right back to enjoying herself in Hannibal's company and enjoying the quips and conversations. Because the threat of Antony revealing what she said is gone. The show decided to not include that scene and leave Bedelia's intentions up in the air to make it more intriguing. Without the scene she seems wildly in over her head and maybe even captive. Also Bedelia mentioned being at Professor Soliato's (the guy who got the ice pick in the head) house several times and nodded to Jack. She was telling him where to find Hannibal.
