Hope you're hanging in there and taking life easy. Derry Girls and River concludes soon. Midnight Mass and another show (yet to be decided) will replace those. Maybe something light-hearted kinda similar to Derry Girls. I will also put out a movie Poll soon. Happy Days!

Weekly question: What do you look forward to every day?
- For some reason this very simple question made me sit down and actually think about what I look forward to every day. I'd say interacting with people. My wife, friends, online community. It's fun for me. That and relaxing after a work day, either playing games, cooking dinner with Val, or watching TV on our couch. Simple things.

Makes sense. You're never going to be able to portray everyone's experience in 1 character. As you say, it's very different for everyone 🙂

2025-02-10 17:25:50 +0000 UTCFor more light hearted shows that still have brilliant characters and writing and a bit of drama, I'd recommend Love on Netflix with Gillian Jacobs and Paul Rust, and High Fidelity with Zoe Kravitz. And another show I think deserves more love is Atypical on Netflix. It's so heartfelt, funny, and just beautiful.

It was his first special after 5 years away and details his experience through quarantine. I hesitate to say anymore because I know you like to go in blind, but given how thoughtful your reactions are I figured this special was worth a recommendation. Your Ted Lasso & Good Place reactions have become my favourite reactions to both of those series, and I look forward to checking out the rest of your content!

It’s really funny and got me through very tough times in my life. But that’s personal so I’d recommend you check out the first few minutes of the first episode to see if the vibe matches yours ^^ Thanks for all the work it’s really appreciated 🫶🏻
