"he wanted power" . be it the manipulations & corruptions, or feedings ppl (whatever) meat or just his contemplation between action vs inaction comes down to how he is enjoying the power he is having over different people and the situations. he can play god with even the smartest ppl in the room, and that power is bringing him joy

2024-10-05 15:02:51 +0000 UTCAbout that conversation Hannibal and Will have at the beginning of the episode about Abigail and their responsability towards her, just because it's something curious; Bryan Fuller, the creator of Hannibal said in an interview that he based the dynamic between Hannibal, Will and Abigail on the family dynamic of Lestat, Louis and Claudia. Obviously it's not fully comparable because there are many important differences but I think it's funny that he found inspiration for this story in IWTV.

The only reason I’m here is because I love your beautiful mind and how you express it. You are one of the most Expected happy accidents of falling asleep and waking up to your voice reacting to an episode of Ted Lasso. It’s amazing how the universe works its way glad to be along for the ride. We shall never meet in real life but right here in right now, I am so satisfied to know, the future has men and women like you yet you’re unique unto yourself.
