I know it couldn't have been an easy decision when you feel the youtube videos are underperforming, but, hey, The Wire completely underperformed as a show too (ratings-wise, not quality). Through it's entire run, it was always on the verge of cancellation, but David Simon fought for it to be renewed each year. You are just like HBO! Giving it another chance!

As much as I love all the other shows, this one invites me into a world I would never know personal experience, and it is pulling back the curtain of the structures that allow for this construct to thrive throughout the last 50 years of my life. In my opinion, the pain causes society in their own home and take babies and make their lives. Miserable are the sellout government agencies that are supposed to protect and serve their communities. It gives more nuance in real life who real life. It does not allow us to pretend that this is just something it would never affect any of us because “we are better than “them.”

Each season focuses on a different aspect of the city's governmental pillars, and the associated corruption. That means that there will be a different cast of primary characters each season, with some returning ones from the first season here or there. I hope that isn't considered a spoiler.
