A Quick Guide on Playing Videos on Quest 3 Headsets
Added 2026-02-12 07:03:32 +0000 UTCHello Patrons! From time to time we get questions about how to play videos on Quest 3 headsets, so we have created this guide to get you up and running!
What you need:
- Transer/Charging cable that came with your headset or another USB-C to USB-C cable capable of transferring data
- Video player app such as Skybox or DeoVR installed on headset
Steps:
1: Download files from Gofile/Mega
2: Turn on Quest headset
3: Connect the headset to PC using transfer cable
4: On the headset display, a pop up should appear asking if you want to use the headset as a USB device (or something similar) – select ok/confirm
5: On the PC, Quest 3 should now be listed as a storage device
6: Simply move your downloaded files from the PC to the headsets DCIM folder
7: On the headset, open your video player, and select your downloaded video
