He does have a point, psychics have been diminishing in number because the drawbacks of their powers.
However, being the queen she is, Nebeda doesn't get scared easy. She even manages to bring a sore subject that may involve her in the future if she doesn't control her powers:
Where do the psychics heroes go? And the villains?
The league has been keeping that quiet for a long time!
What will Bulwark answer?
