That was very nice! Thanks for taking good care of the listener. I think I have only had a migrane headache once but it was plenty to make me sympathetic to those suffering them. I'm guessing that the heartbeat in this one was SFX, but if your mic is sensitive enough to record yours and you are comfortable with it, it might be a nice thing to work into a Dr. Thorne and Max audio.
