Much love in return. I don't understand why some therapists want their clients to relive past trauma -- every journey back down that dark road just reinforces the pain, reopens the wound, strengthens the trigger. If I had a super power, it would be to shine a light on the pathway home, extend a psychic tether you can follow back to a place where you can see and accept the love that surrounds you. Your experience is not unique, and what you've learned has value for others. Thank you.
