Except for the relatives of the KRON DYNASTY, nearly all of the common folk born without any biological ways. Babies in KRON appear out of nowhere around the world in random locations. It is still a mystery but the Kron Church of Moon believes that these babies are related to the goddess of birth, who is one of the 12 gods of KRON HEAVENS. Tho it is not proven to be a fact in terms of science.
