The magic of the contract will see through any attempt at 1 unhappy side of the marriage murdering the other, and will punish the offending party accordingly. That includes hiring somebody to kill the other party. If random joe decides to off Winthrop because the little puke talks down to him, then the Van Droombelds didn't break the contract and will suffer no consequences, but let's say Sabine were to facilitate his death using Harry as the tool used, contract goes boom, Sabine likely dies as she's stripped of her magic. It's not a fucking piece of immortality paper you scuz ball. @Aroeah126. Same thing but nicer to you @Finnspa23.

And now it somehow protects them both from murder??? What does that even mean, are you telling me they are unkillable because of a contract? Instead of splitting up his soul, Voldemort should have just signed a contract to make himself immortal.
