Sorry for a known bug with AMD card
Added 2025-11-22 10:41:10 +0000 UTCFirst of all… please allow my apologies for those who are affected by this issue… somehow the AMD card may having trouble running this game. (Crashing on loading, or can’t launched the game at all). I believe this might be a bug with the conflicting settings of DLSS and AMD card… but seems it’s not that simple… after having it for couple months… I’m still stuck with it.
If you can’t solve the issue using the method from my previous post (deleting the upipeline files and change settings in the driver menu.) please DM me and ask for a refund. I promise you to get you an updated bug free copy once this is fixed…
Sorry again for not fixing this issue 🤦 I’ll try to rent an AMD PC to test myself soon…

2025-11-28 05:43:01 +0000 UTChave you found any other fixes? ive tried doing them all but none work. i feel its also important to add that my ray tracing settings refuse to turn off, and trying to turn off "Ray Traced Ambient Occlusion" makes my game crash instantly. Could I add you on discord so I can figure this out? And do I need to refund it, or will it automatically fix with the others?

2025-11-27 17:05:10 +0000 UTCIt seems to be due the graphics settings, setting all low and off before starting, then turning them on when in-game, prevents the crashing, at least for me on a RX 7700S.

2025-11-22 12:47:45 +0000 UTC我显卡是AMD 9070xt，CPU是AMD 3900x，64G内存，电源1000w。目前epic平台的版本能进游戏，但是载入场景后基本上必崩溃。v3.1ea版本就好很多，还没出现过崩溃，cinematic画质不开光追4k能跑到50帧。另外一台电脑显卡3070，CPUAMD3700x，epic版本不会崩溃但是帧数不高，v3.1ea版本载入场景后，需要手动把光追打开再关闭，才能流畅。
