Macho is not an Americanism. It is derived from Spanish, so no, not standards slipping. You will never see me using words like 'ya'll' or anything typically American in any of my works. Macho is widely used here in Britain

Like that Harry should not use americanisms if he was never in US and such. And now he violates that by Ashara using the word "macho", which as far as I'm aware, is not a word used in Westeros at all. Tsk tsk. Standards slipping.
