2024-02-07 14:43:54 +0000 UTCNothing wrong with fluff piece though. Plenty of bad shit in the world, nothing wrong with reading something that aint all about conflict and that. Whole point of fiction after all...to provide a relief from the dark depressing place that is the real world.

2024-02-05 21:22:34 +0000 UTCInteresting indeed. Nice to see Jon finally return...and with another Valyrian steel sword as well, which is good since they will need all the Valyrian steel they can get when the Night King comes. Will be curious to see how it plays out for the princess and queen though and their children.

2024-02-05 17:26:12 +0000 UTCI really enjoyed the surprise perspective from Mance and the wildlings, easy to see how they would look at Jon as the Gods chosen warrior like some of the Northerners see him. That vision he’s shown with him leading thousands upon thousands of men could easily be achieved without him being King. The amount of foreshadowing in this chapter was exceptional, can’t wait to see the full reunion next.

2024-02-05 07:24:56 +0000 UTCI mean, we are definitely still in the exposition part of the story. Plenty of time for conflict/bad things. Also, terrible things have already happened to Jon in the time he came from. That’s kind of the point. Jon is desperate to change all the terrible things in his future. He has started to change things, and yes, nothing has blown up in his face yet, but that’s not likely to continue

2024-02-05 00:18:14 +0000 UTCThis is good, but like your other story, the protagonist is just too perfect. Also, the payoff is only good when the bad stuff happens too. We can all agree that Arya killing the Freys was one of the most coldest & satisfying moments of the show; however, it only works because of the red wedding. Then Jon becoming King after his death and being a known bastard. I'm not saying you need to have ure own version of the Rains of Castemere, but tragedies help the wins taste sweeter. Jon going back in time, it going all swimmingly, gets a girl and then probs gets a dragon, just makes it a massive fluff piece. Anyway, thanks for the double chapter post and I can't wait for the next one.

2024-02-05 00:04:59 +0000 UTCI’m really enjoying this story. The plan to protect Dany is clever. Jon recovering Dark Sister is a nice touch. Brandon/Barbrey is good to see.
